JCSO Searching for Teen Who Failed to Report to Serve Drug Conviction Sentence

MT. VERNON – The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is asking you to be on the lookout for a man who was ordered in May to serve time on a drug conviction but has reportedly failed to report to the jail.

Collin Sechrest entered into a plea agreement in May with the state on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine.

Sechrest was sentenced to two years in prison but reportedly failed to report to the Jefferson County Jail to begin his sentence.

Sechrest is described as a 19-year-old, white man standing 5’7″ tall, weighing 120 pounds. He has blond hair and hazel eyes.

He was last known to be living in Mt. Vernon.
