Crossville Man Sentenced for Damaging Government Property in Grayville

CARMI – A Crossville man who was arrested by Grayville Police in October for damaging government property owned by the City of Grayville was sentenced in White County Court Monday to five years in prison for criminal damage to government property – a Class 3 felony.

According to White County State’s Attorney Denton Aud, 20-year-old McGwire J. Aschenbrenner will have to pay costs and over $1,800 in restitution to the City of Grayville.  

Aschenbrenner was also recommended to participate in the Impact Incarceration Program also known as “Boot Camp.”
