Early Friday Morning Crash in Franklin County Leads to DUI Arrest

BENTON – A Thompsonville woman was not hurt in a single-vehicle crash Friday in Franklin County. Sheriff Don Jones says around 12:30 a.m, 26-year-old Jerica L. Waters lost control and crashed on Akin Blacktop, a quarter mile east of Route 34. She was arrested for driving under the influence. The crash is still under investigation.
